- 150 g (5.30 oz) cooked French beans, steamed and salted
- White flour
- 1 slice stale bread, roughly chopped
- 10 leaves mint
- 1 garlic clove
- White vinegar
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- Sea salt
I don’t know in which other way cooking French beans. Their farming is always the most productive (together with the one of courgettes and tomatoes). But, after eating too much French beans, I start to become green and slim…
Flour the French beans and fry them in a non-stick pan for 3-4 minutes. Drain and place them in a bowl. Mix them with the stale bread and minced mint and garlic. Wet with whine vinegar and mix well. Close the bowl and let the mixture macerate for at least one day. I let it in the fridge, closed in a freezer bag.
The result was exciting!
