Kiwi muffins

- 400 g (14 oz) white flour
- 200 g (7 oz) caster sugar
- 300 ml kiwi shake
- 16 g (1/2 oz) baking powder
To garnish:
- 125 g (4 ½ oz) icing sugar
- 2 tablespoons water
Mix the kiwi shake and the sugar in a bowl. Add the flour and the baking powder. Pour the mixture in 12 muffins moulds and bake in the preheated oven at 180°C (350°F/Gas Mark 4). for about 30 minutes or until golden.
To garnish:
Mix the sugar and 2 tablespoons of water until you have a smooth and creamy mixture.
